The chemical compounds in lotions and perfumes are a primary cause of discolouration. To prevent this, always apply these products first, allow them to dry completely, and then put on your jewellery.
• Cleaning: We advise using a soft microfibre cloth or a dedicated jewellery polishing cloth to clean your silver pieces. Coarser materials, such as paper towels, can scratch and damage the precious plating. If your jewellery is exposed to moisture, gently pat it dry immediately with a clean, soft cloth.
• The Order of Wear: Always ensure your jewellery is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Remove your pieces before applying body lotions, make-up, or perfume, and ensure these products have fully absorbed before wearing your items.
