GENERAL TERMS

 

  1. By placing an order electronically through our website, you agree to our pre-contractual information and the terms of distance selling.

  2. Clients are subject to the relevant consumer protection laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased designs.

  3. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting us at [email protected] or via our WhatsApp line at +90 533 388 49 68, providing your order number and cancellation request. Cancellations can be made within a 2-hour window after placing the order, provided the status is not yet "Dispatched". Once cancelled, the refund instruction is sent to your bank. Please allow 1-10 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card. Braelyn London has no control over your bank's internal refund processing times.

  4. Each purchased piece will be delivered to the specified address within the legal period of 30 days.

  5. In the unlikely event that delivery becomes impossible, the seller must notify the client within 3 days, and a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

  6. If the purchase amount is not paid or is cancelled in bank records, our obligation to deliver the piece ceases.

  7. In cases of unforeseen force majeure preventing delivery, you will be notified. You may request a cancellation, a replacement with a similar piece, or a delay in delivery until the obstacle is removed. If cancelled, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Please note that the safe transit of returned pieces remains your responsibility until they are successfully received at our specified address.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We kindly accept returns of Braelyn London creations within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned with their original invoice, in a new, unused, and undamaged condition. The pieces must be accompanied by all protective materials and their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Prior to returning a piece, please notify us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +90 533 388 49 68. Our team will provide you with the exact return address. We highly recommend using a tracked courier service, as Braelyn London cannot accept liability for pieces lost in transit. Upon receipt and meticulous inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email. Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Our team will guide you through every step of this process.

Exceptions to our Return Policy:

  • Bespoke or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Pieces that exhibit signs of wear, use, or any alteration from their original pristine condition will not be accepted.

  • As rings are crafted specifically to the client's requested measurements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items in the ring category.

  • For reasons of hygiene and safety, earring designs cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale or discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

If you suspect a parcel has been damaged during transit, please inspect it in the presence of the courier and request a damage report. We cannot accept returns for damaged goods without an official courier report.

Should you receive a faulty or defective piece, we kindly request that you notify us in writing at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery.
